My stay at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Edmonton had its ups and downs. The room was comfortable and the location was convenient for dining and shopping. However, I faced a disappointing experience with the front desk service that overshadowed the positive aspects of my visit.

While I appreciated the quietness of the building and the friendly staff, the uncomfortable bed and lack of attentive allergy accommodations left a lot to be desired. Overall, I had some really good moments, but some issues definitely dampened my experience.
